The accomodation at Legoland is a hotel
The accomodations at Lalandia are houses made for families og groups with shares restrooms, entrances and kitchens. Linen and towels are included in the price

Lalandia and Legoland are placed less than one kilometer apart. For those who live in Lalandia houses, the distance to Legoland and the MOW conference takes about 10 minutes to walk.
There are no busses or other public transport going back and forth, but there are always taxi's on both sights. The phonenumber for Billund Taxi is +45 7535 3506

Price

Arrival and departure
 Arrival registration and accommodation is possible from 15:00 at the Hotel Legoland Conference Center. Here the MOW2101 program is extradited and prescription for accommodations are handed out.

Checkout
If you stay at Hotel Legoland checkout must take place within 11:00am on friday the 16th April (luggage storage is available). It is possible against extra payment to stay on extra hotel nights and bring families (see under Family)

If you stay at Lalandia checkout happens Friday 16th April at 16:00pm. 
You can choose to stay until Saturday at 10:00 without extra payment. Just tick the appropriate box on the registration, if desired. Cleaning are inclusive in the price but the house must be vacated in nice condition. It is possible to bring your family from Friday to Saturday by taking over some of the "abandoned" houses - see under Family.

Internet
 Available for free at the Conference Center (wireless) during the conference.
At the Lalandia houses wires must be used.

Meals/Refreshment
All meals and refreshments during the conference are included.
Breakfast is served at Hotel Legoland thursday and friday morning. For those who stay at Lalandia, breakfast tickets will be included, and they can eat breakfast at Hotel Legoland aswell.

Social events
After the common technical and surprise session Wednesday evening there will be a "get-together-small-party".

Thursday evening there will be a three course galla-dinner followed by the famous BeachParty (so remember a swimsuit).
Busses will get you from the dinner at Hotel Legoland to the Lalandia Aquadome.
You can attend the BeachParty in your ordinary clothes but it gets hot and damp and can not be recommended.

Every night the party house at Lalandia will be open all night long.
Here you can taste the Miracle Brew and dance slow with Mogens Nørgaard if you are lucky :)

Dresscode
Casual - also for the galla-dinner.
Remember swimsuit for the BeachParty

Family
It is possible that families arrive Friday and get one or two nights at Hotel Legoland with access to Legoland a little cheaper.

Prices for Legoland park and hotel
Entrance per person: 205 Dkk for one day and an additional 100 Dkk for the second day.

Double room for 2 adults and 2 children: per night: 1725 Dkk (Ask if the composition must be different - prices depend on room size and number of people, so there are many combinations).

Lalandia houses and checkout
 If you choose to avail yourself of the offer to stay at Lalandia this allows you to bring your family there from Friday-Saturday (Families can only count on getting access to the houses after completion of the conference). This is free of charge and is valid as long as we have houses to spare (so first come first served principle applies here - be sure to receive separate confirmation of this).

Everyone in the house have full access to the Lalandia water park throughout Friday and Saturday. The houses must be vacated at 10:00am Saturday morning, but there is access to all facilities at Lalandia all day. There is also a chance to go to Legoland for the prices mentioned above.

Transport

By car
Normally the quickest way is the E45 motorway.
From the south: Along the A7 / E45 to exit number 63 (Bramdrupdam), Route 441 from Bredsten and 28 to Billund, or route 176 via Egtved.
From North: E45 to exit number 57 (Horsens Syd) to Billund and along route 30 to Billund or E45 to exit number 60 (Vejle N) at Vejle and along route 28 to Billund.
From Funen(Fyn): Along E20 northbound towards Vejle / Aarhus, exit number 61 (Vejle S), road number 18 towards Vejle and along route 28 to Billund.

By airplane
Billund International Airport is located just 3 km from Legoland.There are direct flights to most of Europe - and the rest of the world via Copenhagen.

By Bus
 Take advantage of the many departures from the surrounding towns. There is a bus stop just outside Legoland.
From Vejle: Take route 244/907X towards Billund-Grindsted.
From Kolding: Take route 406 over Egtved.

By train
The nearest train stations are in Vejle, Kolding, Fredericia and Give.
